John Davis, a Heron Dance director, completed Trekeast in late 2011. He’s now planning Trekwest, and will begin that journey in early 2013. These journeys raise awareness of the importance of protecting wildlife habitat and connecting isolated pockets of wilderness to preserve and enhance genetic diversity.
