Heron Dance Return Policy
If you are not happy with an item you purchase through our site such as a back issue set, please return it for an exchange or a refund within 45 days of receipt.
Original paintings can be returned within 15 days of delivery in the same condition as when received by you. If the applicable time period has passed and you would like to return something, please call us at 802.234.3120.
Please send your returns of originals, back issues and calendars (if purchased through our site as opposed to Amazon) to:

Please insure packages with a value of over $100. We will credit your original payment method. If the return is a result of our error, we refund your purchase price plus applicable shipping costs and insurance both ways.
There is no need to call first if you are returning something, but please include a note outlining your reason for return/exchange, your order number if you have it and your phone number or email address in case we need to get in touch with you. If you received an item damaged in shipping we particularly need to know that because we would like to contact the shipper.
