If you are having a major problem with Heron Dance - if you
are very disappointed with us - please email Roderick MacIver, our founder
and artist. He takes these emails seriously. If a practical solution can
be found, we'll make it happen. His email is rod@herondance.org.

Are having problems placing an order, or
Have not received an order you placed, and it should be there by
now.
Have received something damaged in shipping.
Are unable to place an order on our website or have found another
problem with our site.
Have a problem withHeron Dance that the FAQ page does
not answer but that we can resolve.
If you would like to purchase items to be shipped to mulitple addresses, please select one of the following options:
Best Option
Place each order individually on our website and check out separately for each ship-to address. This is time consuming but is actually the most accurate method of placing multiple orders.
Three Other Options
For each of the following options, please indicate a good way (phone or email)
to contact you if there is anything about your order that we don't understand.
Our website is best because orders that are faxed, mailed or emailed can sometimes
require several phone calls back and forth as we try to reach you for clarification
and you try to call us back. Heron Dancehas a very small staff and
we are often on the phone.

simpler, but it was impossible to keep up with the staffing requirements and
